Extension of QSQH theory of scale interaction in near-wall turbulence to all velocity components

The QSQH theory is extended to all three velocity components taking into account the fluctuations of direction large-scale component wall friction. This effect found be significant. It explains large sensitivity longitudinal and spanwise velocities variations in Reynolds number comparison with mean velocity, stress, wall-normal fluctuations. analysis shows that variation dominated by amplitude wall-normal-scale modulation universal profile outer, large-scale, Reynolds-number-dependent motions. dependence other second moments not these mechanisms because are zero. Explicit relationships between differences any two high-Reynolds-number near-wall flows were derived. comparisons gave a satisfactory agreement for root-mean square wall-parallel range distances from where motions dominates. Relationships constants logarithmic law, shape profile, caused derived estimated quantitatively.
